I did this feature story in Fall 2015 for my Writing for PR class. My big project in that class was a media kit for a brewery so I thought it would be interesting to interview actual brewers in Auburn.


For this story I interviewed the head of Auburn University's Brewing Science Program, Dr. Martin O'Neill, and owner of Red Clay Brewing Company.


"Auburn's Beer Industry is Looking Stout," Auburn University started their Brewing Science Program in 2014 and Red Clay opened their doors in March 2015. The Auburn-Opelika area gives people a place to come learn about the industry, learn the trade, and then execute it.
